Privacy.

A small studio collects small data. Here is what we keep, why, and how to ask us to forget it.

Effective MMXXVI — v — 07

What we collect.

When you fill out the audit form on this site, we collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, industry, the description of where you are losing time, and your language preference. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address and user-agent string. That is the entire list.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or session-replay tools. We do not sell or share data with anyone outside our hosting and email providers.

How we use it.

The form data is used for one purpose only: to write you a personalized audit and follow up about it. If we end up working together, the same data populates a project file. If we do not, it lives in our records for ninety days and is then deleted.

Email and follow-up.

We will reply to your audit and may follow up once or twice over the next few weeks. We do not enroll you in a marketing list without explicit opt-in. The monthly newsletter is separate and requires its own subscribe.

Third parties.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Forms route through a small relay we operate. Email is sent via standard providers (typical names: SendGrid, Postmark). None of these read or analyse the contents of your message beyond delivery.

Your rights.

Write to info@bahele.com and we will:

  • i.Tell you everything we have on file for you
  • ii.Correct anything inaccurate
  • iii.Delete it permanently within fourteen days

No legalese. No forms. Just an email.

Cookies.

This site sets a single functional cookie to remember your language preference (EN or ES). It expires after one year. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers.
