Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bahele LLC(“Bahele”, “we”), located at 1173 SW 78th Pl, Miami, FL 33144, United States, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you shop our online t-shirt store.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order:

Name, email address and shipping address, collected through Stripe Checkout.
Your order contents: product, color, size, quantity and price.
Any optional text you add to an order, such as a gift note.
Payment details: processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number.

When you leave a review:

The display name you choose, your rating and your review text.
Any photos you voluntarily upload with the review.

When you visit the site:

We use our own analytics, stored in our own database. It keeps a random identifier in your browser so we can tell a new visit from a returning one, along with the page you viewed, your device type and your country. That identifier cannot be linked back to your name and we do not share it with anyone.

We also use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads work and to show you our ads on those platforms. This means Meta receives data about your visit, including the pages you view and the purchases you make, and can match it to your account. If you would rather it did not, you can use the ad settings on your Meta account, a tracker blocker, or your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

2. How we use your information

To process your payment and send your order into production.
To send you transactional email about your order, such as the purchase confirmation.
To publish your review and photos on the product page, if you choose to leave them.
To support you when you contact us.
To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the store:

Stripe, Inc.: payment processing and shipping address collection.
Printify: printing and shipping your order. They receive your name and shipping address because they are the ones physically sending it to you.
Resend: delivery of transactional order email.
Neon: the database where orders and reviews are stored.
Vercel: site hosting.
Meta Platforms: ad measurement and targeted advertising.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your cart between visits. Stripe uses its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. Our analytics does not use individual tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle warranty claims, returns and accounting and tax obligations. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to take down a review you left. Write to info@bahele.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we cannot delete records we are required to keep for accounting or tax purposes.

7. Children

The store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. International transfers

Bahele LLC operates from the United States, and our providers (Stripe, Printify, Resend, Neon, Vercel, Meta) process data in the United States and other countries. By purchasing, you understand that your information is processed in those jurisdictions.

9. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date below. Changes apply from the moment they are published.
