Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase from the online store of Bahele LLC(“Bahele”, “we”), located at 1173 SW 78th Pl, Miami, FL 33144, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell t-shirts with our own graphic designs. Every garment is printed on demand: we hold no inventory, and production starts after your payment is confirmed.

2. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your full card number.
The price shown on the product page is the price charged, in US dollars.
An order is confirmed when Stripe confirms payment. That is when it enters production.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we find a pricing error, suspect fraud, or the item is unavailable. If you were already charged, you get a full refund.

3. Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States: $5.50. Free on orders of $85 or more.
Production: 2 to 7 business days.
Transit: an additional 2 to 5 business days.
Total estimated time: 4 to 12 business days. These are business days: weekends and holidays do not count.
These timeframes are estimates from our print provider, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Providing a correct and complete shipping address is your responsibility.

4. Returns

Because every garment is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before buying.

We do replace or refund if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error:

You have 30 days from delivery to file a claim.
Email info@bahele.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
You do not need to ship the garment back to us.
We choose between reprinting the order or refunding it in full.

If a package is lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, contact us and we will look for a solution case by case, but we are not obligated to replace it.

5. Reviews and content you upload

Reviews and photos you submit are published on the product page after moderation.
By uploading a photo you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display it on the site alongside your review. It stays yours and you can ask us to remove it.
Only upload photos you took yourself and that you have the right to show anyone appearing in them.
We may remove reviews containing offensive language, other people’s personal information, spam, or content unrelated to the product.
If we ever offer an incentive for leaving a review, that incentive never depends on the review being positive, and the review will be labeled as incentivized.

6. Intellectual property

The designs, illustrations, copy and the Bahele name are ours. Buying a t-shirt gives you the garment, not rights to the design. You may not reproduce our designs for resale.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time of purchase.
