Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll reprint it or refund you in full. That one's on us. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it out.
Personalized tees (team name / player name)
Tees personalized with a team or player name are made specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect. Please double-check spelling before you order. We email you to confirm the exact wording before it goes to print.
Wrong size ordered / changed your mind
Because every shirt is printed to order specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
